At Robin James we are proud of the fact we have our own training academy. Each and every member of staff is put through an intensive training experience that ensures our technical and creative skills are second to none. We also regularly visit Avedas award winning school to train in the latest advances in hair and beauty and ensure we remain at the highest level of our profession.

We listen to our clients and understand their needs, therefore, every client receives an in-depth consultation prior to any hair or beauty appointment.

All clients will be offered at least one complimentary Aveda experience during their visit, these include: a stress relieving shoulder and neck massage, a hand massage, Aveda Comfort Tea or a finishing touch with Aveda make-up just before you leave.
